The customer service officer answers inbound & held outbound callsas well as assist customers who have specific inquiries & support providers who use our system. He/She receives and resolves Customer& providerComplaints, assist insurance companies in following up Customer interactions with employees from other departments when required.
The Office Manager acts as a resource to the executive management and will have functional responsibilities for overall office facilities and logistics; as well as safe keep and maintenance of corporate records. Also, she will be responsible for coordinating annual planning and reporting activities as well as periodical monitoring of progress against plans and reporting activities to executive management.
The Office Manager will enjoy the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong decision making ability, sound quick judgment, and attention to detail are equally important.
This officer will have a role in the management of human resources and administration processes.
The Medical Doctor will own and manager daily patient needs with healthcare providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction. Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery and patient access to the various healthcare services.
1- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. Queries may range from coverage questions, network location, medical questions…
2- Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and Reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
3- In addition to the above mentioned duties, Approval doctors are working during day & night shifts.
4- Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
1- Minimum two years of professional experience as medical doctor in Healthcare facilities (Hospitals).
2- Experience in medical insurance is a major plus.
3- Excellent verbal Communication skills. Excellent Listening skills.
4- Must be computer literate.
5- Excellent English Skills.
6- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
