GlobeMed Egypt has been taking major strides in its digital transformation journey, offering insured members of its clients a smooth customer experience when requesting healthcare services. In this respect, we have facilitated the prior approval process, which can be requested now through our digital portal instead of sending emails.


GlobeMed Egypt enhanced the reimbursement claims reception process through GlobeMed FIT mobile app. Members can now easily submit their reimbursement claims through the mobile app so our team can instantly process them and keep insured members informed of the claim status since its reception. They can also enjoy an improved login process and network search while using GlobeMed FIT. Additionally, Human Resources Officers of the groups we serve along with brokers can now easily track all submitted reimbursement requests related to their insured members submitted via GlobeMed Fit. User convenience is guaranteed!


Furthermore, GlobeMed Egypt has created a chronic simulation on WhatsApp, enabling members to view their posted chronic treatment medicine, dose and duration over a period of 2 months.
